Every Monday, during the 6-2 pm shift, Med Inventory is done on a "per resident" basis.
Every time narcotics (marked as a red bag) are delivered, we mark it. Narcotics are delivered in a RED BAG.
If someone has a fall or an emergency, and EMS is on their way, this is what you print out for them.
Every shift may require meds, based on timing.
If someone asks for Med Sheet here is what you do.
